You can't use a RF Tx/Rx combo.
You can use a slingbox, or other Video-over-ip device.
Depending on what your wireless connection is like you may get video performance problems on wireless. YMMV.

TV signal is usually NTSC, and laptops need digital. If you had a way to digitize the signal, with a video capture card then this would work easily.

The question you need to answer is: how will your laptop receive it? Do you also have the matching video receiver? If so, does it connect to your laptop at all?
