No... Maybe the folks at OnStar would be able to help you if you have it, but I have no experience with them. If you need some questions answered, why not just go to NAIOA, the best W-Body Impala forum on the net?

Call a local dealer, they will know the specifications on your car and will be able to direct you to someone to answer your question. It may be a salesman, or a technical manager.

I have access to manufacturers' customer care numbers, and dealers' access numbers at work. I can hook you up, but I won't be able to get the numbers until I am at work tomorrow.
