Unless you gain a ton of weight, implants are the only way. The pills don't work and could be potentially dangerous. All other ways I've heard, you might as well buy a padded bra or get he surgery.
just my advice. be happy with what you have. I unforunately have the ones that everyone claims that they want. it's horrible. The harrassment, the neck and back pain, the difficultly finding clothes. be happy with what you have.

I read a blog about a lady who tried that increase that boobs vitamins being advertised on the television. She said it did increase her bust by more or less 1 1/2 in. You may try it.
Also, why not try, breast augmentation.

How old are you? You're breasts will grow as you age. Look at your mother, you'll end up somewhere around the cup size that she is.
If you aren't happy with that option there is the plastic surgery rout. I'd wait until you were at least twenty-one before considering that. You want to make sure that you're completely done growing.

Breast implants..I got them and I love them. I was a AA before and now I am a C. It has been 5 years and no regrets. By the way I have been married for 13 years and have a 7 year old..it's not just the young bimbo type getting them.

Take a piece of toilet paper and rub it in between your boobs 1 to 2 times a day.
It has made my wife's @ss huge! It may work for your boobs!

Only way to get a bigger bust is to have breast augumentation.......you CAN do some chest exercises with weights and such and it will help "lift" and give the illusion of a bigger bust. But other than that...........sorry.

go to the gym, do the following exercise to make your boobs look "pumped":
flat bench flyes, pull overs and incline machine press. 3 set each set 12 reps
add to your daily diet protein shakes and take some multivitamins

There is no way to increase the breast. Depend on you age. If you're underage, you will get bigger when you getting older. It give them a time to development the breast.
