i have 945p neo3 mobo and want to use crucial ram that has 2.2v and 3-3-3-12 is it compatible?

Check your motherboard's BIOS first if it has memory voltage adjustment up to 2.2V. Most retail motherboards have adjustment up to only 2.0V. Enthusiast boards typically support 2.2V
