She meant "Pull all troops out of Iraq before I get elected so I won't have to deal with the mess, and if anything goes wrong as a result, it won't be my fault !".

Must have. I read that she is looking at a 2013 pull out in Iraq. 2013 isn't exactly NOW.

No, she meant "VOTE FOR ME-VOTE FOR ME" and didn't really care what she was saying, as she has no real opinions, only poll-following and changing stances on every issue if it is more strategically in her best interest.
