1 to 2 times a week. I try to buy everything th first time around. But you know how it is with shopping. There's always something you will forget even if you have a shopping list.
Plus my family eats lots of fruits and veggies. They have to be bought often to be fresh. I love fruits!

Once a week. Usually on Sundays. My son is a picky eater and refuses to eat school lunch. So I have to make him lunch everyday.
