Is the US canceling visas for the Czech Republic?

I heard the the US will be canceling visas for the Czechs in January 2009. Meaning they will be able to fly only on a Czech Republic passport to the US. Is there a link to verify this?

It's not set in stone yet, but it looks good. I hope it works out. I loved my trip to Prague and I hope more Czech's can come to NYC so we can reciprocate the great experience.
