It was a real image, it simply wasn't 'holy'. Do you really imagine a god with nothing better to do than put vague images of himself on doors, vegetables and sandwiches? Please. Let's try to be rational, shall we?

did u see the sweet roll that was kept at a bakery for 10 years that looked like mother theresa? i feel the same way about this story: it inspires some ppl, and thats nice. but to be honest, if thats a public miracle i wish god would take it up a notch.

You didn't state whether the holy image of Elvis was in full costume or not.
Or, was the Holy image Zeus or Aphrodite. If it is Aphrodite, I want to see it.

if it truly helps someone with their faith, hey why not.
But is it part imagination, I'd say yes. We as human beings are designed to see patterns in objects, especially faces and human like figures.

I do believe that it was real...I mean maybe God just wants to show people signs that he IS really up there...Make a few more believers or something.
