These guys sound like a more rock driven version of Earth Wind & Fire. This is a really good band that should be very close to making it big, if not already. Really liked the song Ain't No Love in the Club.
In all fairness to Fishbone and Bad Brains, they aren't quite the same band. You are comparing different genres so it isn't a solid comparison.

Fishbone and Bad Brains are better, but they are pretty good.
