No such thing as a real petition on line. Insufficient security. They are not taken seriously.

Haveing said that - check out
Petition Online which hosts a variety of petitions for responsible public advocacy. Browse and 'sign' petitions, or start your own petition.

Start a web site with the petition on it. And, make sure that people know it's there.
