There are two things you might want to do.
Second of which, is personally go see a local banker. They may know people who might be interested and are in a similar situation, as have some but not all of what is needed. The banker, in turn, may be interested in providing some financing once they assemble a group of capable investors. That is some of what bankers do.
First, though, you might want to read the Community Guidelines. I'm not going to report you, but I think you've crossed a line or two for questions.
