Why would anyone smoke pot after pleading guilty to a felony and knowing he was going to be subject to drug testing while awaiting sentencing? Did Vick think the judge would be more lenient if Vick failed a drug test before the judge handed down his sentence? What the F was Vick thinking?

He wasn't, he is stupid! He'll never play another down in NFL football. And what a waste that is, although I never thought he was the marquee quarterback everyone else did, maybe a running back that could throw would have been a better fit.

Yes. He may be planning on some kind of "substance abuse defense". Nowadays celebs go to rehab to reduce or avoid any kind of punishment for wrongdoing. But Vick's charges are pretty serious. I think he's grasping at straws.

Well of course hes stupid. Nobody ever said that being rich, famous and able to play a sport made you smart.
Some of the dumbest people in the world have been rich and famous as well.

Maybe he was hoping he could get some of that stuff to smoke when he's doing time. If the dope your smoking's strong enough do you become too apathetic ?
