Legally, nothing can be done about it, sense he wasn't caught in possesion, he only failed a drug test. But it probably pissed off the judge, and that was a stupid thing to do, but he is a pot smoker, and it's obvious that his decision making ability is extremely poor. On top of that, it didn't help to improve his public image, or his relationship with the NFL.

In my opinion, no. Then again, I feel that weed should be legalized.

As of right now, weed is a drug and getting caught is punishable by law.

I'm glad he got caught, he should be nailed to the floor for the horrible things he has done in his life.

No, if Vick gets more time for smoking weed, then what about the other players who got caught doing drugs? Especially Jamel Lewis, he sold it.

He shouldn't but I'm sure the judge will tack on an extra 6 months. Could he be any bigger of an idiot. Maybe he'll next get caught trying to flee the country.

He shouldn't get more time for it, considering how serious the rest of his crimes are and how unproportionate that is. However, it should make them give a harsher sentence because he kinda has that orah that he is above the law. I hope he gets a long jail sentence.

He is an idiot for smoking pot knowing he had a court ordered drug test coming up. Its not a matter of should he but how much more the judge WILL give him for disrespecting the court.

no, I just hope itsnot too long before the US legalizes, or at least decriminalizes it..
no worse than cigarettes, no worse than alcohol...
decriminalizing would help the overcrowding in our prisons, plus possession of weed is a victimless crime.

Sounds to me like he just needs to dig himself a DEEP hole and crawl in it ,because he just keeps doing things to get in trouble with the law .

"weed" shouldn't be illegal, i would rather be friends with someone who smokes weed than an alcoholic. although some of them alcoholics in the bar are funny. *stumbles around near the bowling arcade game* no no no you gotta do it like this *moves hands around* see and *stops...looks around for the person who called him, realises nobody called him*
