What other peripheral devices and capabilities would you want for your

Again, it depends on what the PC is intended to do. If you were doing CAD, you would need a printer and plotter. If you were editing web pages, you might or might not need a printer at all.

Big thumb drive and a huge external hard drive.

Thumb drive so I can save my work personally and have it at my disposal at anytime.

Huge ext hard drive so I can run back up program every night on PC.
