Why not? Not a person in this earth is perfect. Everyone has short comings sweety. Not only will being proud of yourself help your esteem, it will let you see what the good things that everyone else sees in you. We look in the mirror and frown. All we see are our own flaws...but when another person looks at us we may not realized but they may be thinking, "Wow, her hair is awesome." or "Gosh, her eyes are BEAUTIFUL." And it doesnt even have to be about looks. your skills and talents as well! We look at our peices of work and frown because, once again we see the flaws. But other people dont usually see it that way until after they see the beauty or the good in it. Sure, we have shortcomings, but those short comings should only let us strive to become better in everything we do. Be proud of what you can do, and just strive to get better at what you cant. :)

Yes our shortcomings be them made by our own mistakes or circumstances are not there to for us to hang ourselves up on, so we take them in stride. Learn from your shortcomings and move forward and be proud of yourself regardless of the past, you still have a bright future ahead

Some of the most wonderful people I know are not the best-looking at all.
Two of the nicest people in the world have hearts as big as their girths. Their willingness to share their love with everyone and their kindness has won them so many friends. They are not ugly, but they are not the standard of beauty. One is in a wheelchair, but he has always been willing to share his time or his stuff or his help wherever and whenever just because he loves people.
There are stories about the humble, unassuming guy in the plain house who donates millions to the hospital or college when he dies because he did not flaunt his wealth.
Some of the most beloved leaders in my church have been the most humble people you will ever meet. Very few were handsome, many had disabilities, they had very little money but somehow you could trust them with any thing and their love was in every gesture of help they offered.
My husband's cousin was killed tragically in a preventable car crash. Everyone in his small town showed up at his funeral because everyone in his small town had been important to him.
True love knows no boundaries, has no physical limitations, and carries on forever, even after death. There is never any shame in offering pure love.

Of course; otherwise no one would be able to be proud of themselves. Everyone has something to be proud of - whether it's accomplishments, personality, etc. And everyone has shortcomings - we can always improve on ourselves.

Its not likely a hate that i think. yet a feeling of grief and feeling unhappy of the path of destruction we are on. the international does not could desire to be the way it is, even though it would be very complicated to restoration it in the 1st place, if fixable in any respect. everybody is added becoming removed from faith foremost an usual degrading of society. to not say that there have not been non believers in the previous, even though it has grow to be mainstream in the international. everybody is undemanding to point the finger at others and seem for a scapegoat. This of course does not recommend you are able to't stay a happy existence. everybody will sooner or later die, and the human race can not final constantly. you in basic terms could desire to stay your existence to the fullest.

Of course. You have to learn yourself for what you are, shortcomings and all. Otherwise, you will spend you life unhappy and dissatisfied. What is the point to that? No one is perfect and you should learn to live with that.

Being proud increases our ego .....
What you have achieved is past.....

Be happy with what you have achieved and be happy
and keep trying to achieve more than being just proud

Let others feel proud of you
