No - he's an embarrassment to the himself, his family, his teammates, and the league.

No, there was such an element of premediation and planning to Vick's dogfighting ring that it's a huge slap in the face to society, the league, and the game itself. If a guy has a problem with dope or anger management or hangs out in sleazy dives he is reformable. However, running a dog-fighting operation for five years is different.

As long as he has served out his debt to society he deserves a chance at playing again. This is America, home of second chances...but will the media give it to him? My opinon is that the media and orginizations outside of the NFL and it's fans wont allow that to happen. I could go on and on, but no offense....this is just a personal question to this story.

Why does everyone keep asking this here when you have no idea how much time he has to serve??
Do you really think anyone would take him??
Who's to say he won't be 40 some years old when he gets out of the slammer??

I am sick of the GREAT athlete, who thinks they are better than the rules because they make millions of dollars.
There is too much attention and money paid to these people.

Depends on how much time he does...If he does a year or two, he might still be good...but if he does 6 or 7, he'll be past his prime...

It won't matter anyway...He won't be back...Not as long as Roger Goodell is Commissioner...Goodell won't let him come back...

Well I think the guy is a total loser.

But once he pays his punishment if someone wants to pick him up that should be their right.

I think it's a waste that he won't (ever), but if you do the crime...

The gambling alone is enough to ban him for life from football, let alone the other stuff...
