You might be suprised, but it's that time of year where people start feeling bored or slightly depressed because the daylight hours are shorter, it's getting colder out and they find themselves unmotivated. It's called seasonal affective disorder. Or maybe you're just thinking about the stress of all the upcoming holidays and work? Or maybe you just need to spice up your tidying routine. Put on some fun music and light uplifting scented candles (anything with citrus or spice) and try and keep the windows in your home open for as long as the weather will allow. Hope you feel better soon! :)

What u r going through is very normal. Routine can be tiring and boring at times. So dont worry about it, just relax more and do the routine when u r not feeling so tired. I feel the same at times and when my husband notices that he takes over and gives me a break. Once u relax ur mood will come back and u'll enjoy the doing the same again. If u have someone living with u let him or her take over and u take a break for sometime. Believe me it works. U'll feel energized after the break.

Maybe you are just going through a phase. Doing the same things every day can be boring after a while. Why don;t you try to change your daily routine? Maybe variety is what is missing. Has anything changed in your life recently? Maybe something happened and you suddenly don't find any interest in the things you used to enjoy.

Well, yeah, the "daily Grind" is just that - a daily grind.
You have some solutions:

The first idea is to pack stuff up in boxes you don't want to pick up or tidy up anymore and stash them high where the kids can't reach. Put away all but 2 of their toys and stop picking them up every day.
If you don't have kids:
Clean out your closets and get rid of all of your stuff. Reduce your household junk to at least half - simplify and reduce your daily grind of cleaning and organizing by getting rid of the junk you find yourself dealing with every day.
Find a friend to come over or go visit and have them teach you how to make different foods. Especially ethnic or foreign cuisine. I found a friend who taught me how to make really good enchiladas, I taught her to make an awesome salsa to go on top! It's been fun!
Do something different, like take yourself out of the house for a daily walk or bike ride. Reward yourself for finishing your chores by taking yourself to the beach if you live near the ocean, or the lake, or the river, or the cornfield (okay, I'm pushing it there) Get a metal detector and learn how to use it to give yourself a weird project and find the secret stash...
If you have a couple of guaranteed hours per day, why not get a part-time job or volunteer? Getting busy and helping others is always a great way to pull yourself out of yourself and your doldrums! Even if it is something as simple as walking the dogs at the animal shelter - they get out of their cage and so do you!
Find something else to do that is just plain different. Nothing changes a mood like a change of scene. If nothing else, go to you local library and check out books in subjects you were interested but never got around to reading. Hey, now's the time!

Maybe your getting bored with the same routine. Go to work, cook dinner, clean up. That's the same routine everyday, Monday Thur Friday. It can be bored the same old thing. So maybe you need a change. Try to change it up. Instead coming home, and cooking dinner, go out to eat. To a restaurant you never been too.

You could be experiencing depression, which usually includes not doing things you enjoy. Or, you could just be moving to a new stage in life where you want more.

Are you depressed about anything? This happens sometimes in our lives. Take a break and don't worry about it. Maybe doing one chore one day, then one the next day instead of doing them all at once. Enjoy life and don't worry so much about it, your still young.
