1. c). Two planes in 3 space are parallel or intersect in a line.
2. c). To get the midpoint between the points
average the x-coordinates and do the same
for the y-coordinates.
So (2+5)/2 = 3.5
(-4+ -2)/2 = -3.

1. I believe the above answers are correct. Imagine your hands as planes when you hold them straight. If you touch them and imagine them being infinitely big and able to go through each other, you could draw a line along where they touch

2. add the x-coordinates together, divide the sum by 2, add the y-coordinates together, divide the sum by 2.

(x1+x2)/2

(y1+y2)/2
