I have a Wireless phone,it allow access to internet through dialup connection.Can I use it as wirelessinternet

You could use it to establish a bluetooth connection to the internet...that's where you establish a connection between your phone and the computer, then dialup through the phone to the internet, but depending, it could be purdy expensive and slow, and you may have to have arrangements with whoever lets you have access that way!
