I'm not sure of all of the answers, but the other answer was way off, so I had to answer.

T - Compounds bond to form the lowest possible energy levels. In ionic bonds the electrons are shared unfairly (on purpose). Take NaCl The Na essentially gives up it's extra electron to have filled orbitals that look like Ne and the Cl takes the extra electron to have orbitals that look like Ar. For compounds that are not as electronegative as Cl or with such low ionization energy like Na, they share more evenly and fill both compounds orbitals.
F - Cs has a relatively low ionization energy, not electronegativity.
T - more filled orbitals between protons and valence electrons is the definition of shielding.
F - don't know about this one, never heard the term before.
T - try drawing anything but a straight line between two points
T - six it is
F - believe it's 14 (lanthanides)
F - electrons have the same energy
A - can't get closer than 1s
A - d orbitals can have 10 electrons. Period.

Hope that helped!
Good luck!

I suppose if he has a medical professionals word pronouncing that he was once too sick to do the tests (with dates distinct) then he can enchantment / the institution can enchantment on his behalf, and the mock tests shall be despatched to the examination board to be moderated after which a grade is given. As lengthy as there's a legitimate medical professionals word, and whole mock tests have been despatched (there is a lady in my 12 months present process chemo and she or he is not able to enchantment for a few topics, as we best did part of a few papers) I suppose an enchantment could be triumphant, however I'm no longer certain. I'm from the UK if that makes a change.
