I'm a combo woman most of the time but I really feel that there are a lot of people that need to be heard but at the same time, you have those that that's all they want is to be heard and talk about themselves.
I stay away from those types.

Is the office water cooler or coffee pot nearby? That makes a difference, so does the person that I'm talking to. I'm not going to confide in some guy that I just met off the street, but I'll tell him all about Mr. Soandso's mistress.

Both. Sometimes losing yourself in other people's problems help you cope with your own but too much of that makes you a gossip hound. And sometimes you just need to focus on yourself to make things better around you.

Most of the time others. Hopefully I can help in some way. But if my troubles are serious or important to me then I like talking about them.

Others', but I find it hard to get them to talk about what's bugging them. I must be going about it wrong. I'd like to listen, but they're scared to trust me, maybe because I'm a man & the ones I prefer to help are women. I'm much more comfortable talking to the girls ! YEAH !!
