The Undertaker by far. The Undertaker is a legend in the wrestling business. Goldberg was an overrated, over-hyped character who couldn't wrestle his way out of saran wrap. And like brikitybrack stated, he prematurely ended Bret Hart's legendary career because of his careless execution in the ring.
Heck, even if the question was "Goldberg and Gillberg" I still wouldn't pick Goldberg.

Undertaker is a legend who has not only been a main eventer for close to 20 years, but has also been an enforcer in the lockerroom.
Goldberg was hyped up as a monster by WCW, and prematurely ended Bret Hart's career because he couldn't wrestle.
I'd say Undertaker is better.

Undertaker, obviously.
That's why you don't see Goldberg anymore, because he just wasn't a great wrestler.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he wasn't a gifted athlete. He just didn't have the 'acting' skills that go with being a good wrestler.

This is a tough one. They are both large men with enormous power and a lot of experience. Goldberg is sooo strong, he seems like the kind of guy who could punch through metal. Undertaker, on the other hand, is quite tall and very experienced. He is my favorite wrestler of all-time because he is like Triple H, he is a thinker. But in this match-up I think Goldber would get the win. He would be able to overpower the undertaker. Assume they are both in their prime during this match, it would be a long, fun wrestling match.

I totally agree with BOB. You can't compare the 2. Taker is a legend of wrestling, Goldberg is just a goof.
