Been ttc for 1yr and 7mos and I think we finally got pregnant. 4 days ago, used hpk and got a prominent + result. Tested the next day, still +. The reason why I tested was because I was a lil suspicious I might be preg already. Sleeplessness, creamy cm, peeing too much, headache, cramps, fatigue, feeling of wanting to throw up but couldn't, sore, heavy, and itchy boobs.
I also chart by bbt and my temps are well over my coverline. However, most of my symptoms have diminished. I still get light cramps and boobs remained itchy. I have been observing if cm will change into blood (a miscarriage). No change in cm.

I guess my question is...is it normal for pregnancy symptoms go on and off during pregnancy?

Yep. I'm pregnant with my 2nd. Some days I forget I'm pregnant because of the lack of symptoms. Other days, I feel sick all day long.

Well generally pain in an ectopic pregnancy is on your right side and if it were at a stage of rupture causing lots of pain you would also feel pain in your shoulder! ALWAYS have things that make you nervous checked out by professionals, all women in early pregnancy fear the worst with everything they feel! Personal opinion is a cyst, these cysts generally form on the side in which the egg was released and though they do normally go away they can cause a lot of discomfort! And small amounts of brown discharge/blood as long as it has stopped is also likely not cause for concern and is pretty common in early pregnancy! Lots of Luck to you!

Totally normal, everyone experiences pregnancy differently!! I didn't even feel morning sickness until my third month, then it lasted for the entire month, morning and night!!!
