It’s a Van but in side you can fold down the far back seats and make a bed, some times two, and in the middle it has a long seat with a table bolted to the floor ??? I am trying to find one on line but I don’t know the exact name so it’s hard. Also sometimes these vans come with outlets so you can plug stuff in such as a mini refrigerator.
By name I mean…some Vans are Wheel Chair Vans, some are Mini Vans… exc.

Sounds like you're describing an RV (Recreational Vehicle). They are a lot bigger than a van.

You are describing a conversion van. Generally they are "converted" from a standard van hence the name.
VW used to make a camper van with a pop-up roof and the kitchen built in.

It's called a conversion van. Sometimes also called a class B motorhome or small RV.

It could be a converted cargo van or just a customized full size van. It will be hard to pinpoint because most of these have unique interiors.
