Great question. The worst name I have personally encountered was "Iarunique" pronounced "I are unique." The child's mom thought it was adorable. The grammatical error of the name was not the only problem, obviously.
Also, Ima Hogg. This name actually does exist. She was the daughter of a early 20th century Texan politician. She was also a philanthropist.
One more found on wilkipedia: Lucious Pusey - Linebacker for Eastern Illinois University, legally changed his name to Lucious Seymour - wonder why???? LOL

passion is not a bad name actually, us Mexicans give our kids some really hard to pronounce, hard to spell, and long names. Here are just a few: Cireno, Eloido, Patronilo, Abelina, Adelmo, Xochitl, Altagracia, Amaro, Anatolio, Artemio, Asencion(my uncle's name), Braulio, ET. you get the picture.

Before I was born, and before my mother knew I was going to be a girl, she was picking out girl and boy names. The boy name she had on her mind was the name, and this is the worst name I've Heard. It was.........Mobeezy Ret Horton. Awful isn't it. Jus' in case u don't know how it is pernounced it's...........(Moe-Bee-Z). All of her girl names were good ones, thank god I came out a girl, or I would have been scarred for life.

When I was in school there was theis girl named Tequilla. Like the drink. Also Bambi, Star, Layla, any name that sounds like a stripper would have it. I like the old, traditional names like Katherine, Emily, April, Jane... they sound a little old lady-ish, but they're respectable.
