according to this website, it's actually big!!

remember that due dates are estimated... unless you know for sure what date you conceived on, this due date can be off by a week or two... according to this chart, you might be more like 19 weeks :)
congrats :)

I just had my first ultra sound on Monday and I was 17 weeks and 3 days. They say my baby weighs 1 pound and 8 oz. When I asked if that was big they said it was in the 76 percentile. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If there was an issue the doctors would have said something to you... you may be one of the lucky ones that don't have to push a watermelon out!

Hi...most of your babys weight will come on toward the end...when i was pregnant, i had a sonogram at 81/2 months and my obgyn said my baby would weigh about 6 lbs and i only had another three weeks to go and my son was 7lbs 12 oz. Dont worry mama.....stay healthy and eat well!!

Why ask us? What did your doctor say? I don't remember learning how much my baby weighed in my stomach until the end when they're are trying to figure out how big she was going to be. Every baby develops differently. Call your doctor if you're concerned or need more answers.

How do you know how much your 18 week old fetus weighs? I didn't know even how much my 38 week baby weighed before she came out. All the doctor can do is "guess" as to a weight.

Wouldn't your doctor tell you if it was small when they told you the weight?
