I have a buddy that builds custom bikes and he uses an airbag mount under his seats. It really makes the ride a lot smoother.

Well, seat suspension isn't anything new and has been around since engines were first put on bicycles. They're better than nothing but since I assume you consider styling more important than riding, you won't be peeing blood as often with one.
