Hope you are not a vegetarian because B12 is found almost exclusively in animal tissue only vegetable matters that contain B12 are sea vegetables. List: dulse, kelp, kombu,and nori or soybeans and soy products, also in brewer's yeast, clams, eggs, herring, kidney, liver, mackerel, milk and dairy products and seafood. It is also present in alfalfa, bladderwrack, and hops. Hope this helps.

Nutritional yeast has it, and many brands of soy milk are fortified with B12.
