Society must change before the inequities that cause gangs can be addressed. When do you think that will happen? Hope and guidance must be given to that end of our citizens.

Give parents and teachers back the discipline that was taken away from then, get shot of pc nonsense and bring back family life.

two words:PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT. children imitate what they see,if parents don't step up to the responsibility of raising their children,someone else will,oh and better inner city programs to help parents become better parents wouldn't hurt either.
