If you're referring to a building that houses many shops, Westfield and Stonestown are the only ones in the city proper (although Japantown has a few covered shops).
Also the Embarcadero could count as a mall, although it's a combination of shops and other kinds of businesses.
There's Serramonte in Daly City.

San Francisco Centre (near Union Square)
Stonestown (19th Ave near SF State Univ and the I-280/CA1 split)
Serramonte (Daly City off I-280 at Serramonte Blvd and Junipero Serra Ave.)

I think stonestown is the only other one there is. Northpoint at the wharf, crocker galeria and the embarcadero are kind of like malls.
