It depends on the context. The others are right when they say it means u are on OK level, but in what context is the word used???? Talking about school grades? Economic level? or what?? That would help if you could tell us.

I think it means are you living a ok life in Greek. It's difficult to translate literally.
Literally it would say "You are ok living". As you can see, some creative liscense must be taken to translate this.
