you can contact the bankruptcy court for advice on how to proceed; you can handle bankruptcy yourself ; there is a fee to file the petiton but the laws have changed so you need to meet the criteria to file; some attys may assist in preparation for a fee but then you can represent yourself; some have initial free consultation; library another resource

you have to have a lawyer. See if a family member will loan you enough to pay him and then make sure you pay them back. you should have more money if you arent paying back your creditors. Not all states will allow you to just choose to filee Chapter 7 so you definitely need legal advice.

Call the bankruptcy court for your district; but you can't self-file in most states.

If you are currently making or attempting to make payments on any credit accounts that would be included in the BK, then stop it. Use that money to retain and BK attorney. The attorney is going to tell you to stop making payments anyway if you're doing Chap. 7.

It seems Bankruptcy is TOO EXPENSIVE for you and you cannot afford it.

I suggest you to get a second job and pay all your debts.

try http://www.wethepeopleusa.com i heard they do bankruptcy for under $500 not sure what chapters they do though. if not, i hope it leads you in thr right direction. good luck.

depending on your types of debt, you might have to go chap 13 with a repayment plan - and you really need a lawyer
