In my warehouse there have been some holes punched in the drywall. Any solutions for fixing it without actually replacing the drywall?

using a dry wall saw cut the punched holes to squares then cut a piece of drywall 3 inches larger on all sides than your square using a utility knife cut away the sheet rock leaving only the paper coating in the 3" area using joint compound coat the underside of the repair piece then insert it into the square on the wall cover the entire area with more compound.when dry sand to smooth(may require several coats)

If the holes are small they make a very cool repair "patching kit" composed of mesh and associated sanding paper.

If they are larger, can't beat just cutting out square hole and precutting a piece of equal size from new material, paste the edges, let it stand till dry then mud the seams. Easy to do.

Plaster of Paris.

Glue cardboard to the back. Tricky but can be done. Use sticky tape to make a handle to keep it in place.
When dry fill the gap with plaster of Paris.
When that is hardened sand it down and cover with wall paint or spackle.

Invisible fix...well almost invisible.
