Call whatever company he's driving for.
A lot of those trucks have a sign on the back that say "How's my driving?" and give a phone number. Call it and tell the folks there that the driving might be okay, but those signs and behaviors are offensive. It would be really hard to enforce for the obvious reasons, but at least there would be record of that driver doing that, and maybe it'll be a step in the right direction.
GG: If this were an office environment, not a truck on the road, it would be sexual harrassment. Free speech does not protect sexual harrassment.

There probably is no law against it. I suggest that you get the license number of the tractor and the number of the trailer then send a letter to the company that owns the trailer and/or tractor and include the license number and the time, date and location where you saw this and express your displeasure about this. Don't be nasty just explain the details and why you are not happy about it. Don't suggest a punishment or tell them what to do, just let them know that you are unhappy. A rant is treated just like a rant and ignored, but a clearly thought out well written letter will get a lot of attention.
If it is an independent owner/driver send the note to the company on the trailer or to the company that is leasing the tractor if they are doing that.
No company wants to get a letter or phone call from anyone about this kind of thing. In most businesses they figure that if they get a call that there are between 10-20 silent ones out there that are feeling the same thing. When someone takes the time to write a letter then they feel that there are at least 100+ silent people out there that are unhappy and no company wants that many unhappy customers or potential customers.
When the trucker stops getting loads because someone complained the sign will come down and the word will get around.
This may be distasteful and disagreeable but probably not illegal.

The "How's My Driving" sign does NOT normally go to the trucking company itself but to a company that provides information to the company only giving a time/date/location of a specific driving hazard.
Get the name of the trucking company off the tractor door itself. The trailer may be from a different company!
You should be able to research the company name provided on the tractor and follow through with a direct complaint to the company.
There may be some difficulties if the driver is an owner/operator!
Though it may be aggrevating...you may also wish to chalk it up as stupidity on part of the driver and ignore them.

There is usually a number on the back of the truck that says "HOW's MY DRIVING?" Call it and let them know how you feel. I see a lot of crazy stuff when Im out talking to truckers.
I hate going into stores and hearing HIP HOP RADIO HOUR blasting.....doesn't make for a good shopping experience.
We should all be careful not to offend each other in public.

Sometimes trucks have the sign on the back of them that says "Hows My driving?" and then gives you a number to call. Try that method, if all else fails, and you have nice hooters, show the truck drivers what they cant have. ;)

If it is a privatly owned truck then no one. This sign is not illegal. However if it is a company truck it is possible that the company does not want signes put on there truck. You could call them and complain. Just remember that they will probabbly ignore your request.
I am sorry that this bothers you but remember that we have freedom of speech in this country and this falls under that.

If its a company truck call the company. I'm hoping that the next highway patrol car that passes him will be a female patrolman and that he is going at least one mile over the speed limit. Bet she will have something to show him that he's not expecting

Sorry, no law against being a crass jerk.
There is usually information about the company he is driving for somewhere on the truck. Take down the information and contact them with your complaint.

With freedom of speech, I would say it would be okay for a guy to put it on his car, truck, SUV, whatever he drives (despite it's crude message), however, by driving that truck, he is representing the company that is paying him to deliver their products, and I don't think they would appreciate the message he's sending. Does Pepsi really want that sign on their product? I don't think so. Report that guy to the company. Let him put that junk on his own vehicle.
