There can be two things:
1- CPU Overheating. Download temperature monitoring software such as CoolCpu and monitor temperature levels. Open up the casing and see if it extends the time period. If it does then the cpu is overheating. May be the fan caught some dust or thermal paste needs to be changed, or a quick reassembly sometimes fixes if anything came lose. Also check if the motherboard is overheating, there should be a chip around the PCI slots ( southbridge ) mostly around the CMOS battery, put your finger and check if it gets burning hot. If it does then check if you have a BAD POWER SUPPLY, in may cases thats the case, also known as OVERVOLTAGE.
2 - Power option is set to turn of hard disk if idle for 10 minutes.

Right click the "My Computer" icon, click Properties, click the "Advanced" tab, then click the "Settings" button under "Startup and Recovery", and uncheck the "Automatically restart" option under "System failure". Apply those settings and if a blue error screen comes up next time then tell me what error code it shows.
If a blue screen does not appear and the machine continues to restart then it's either a heat related problem, so replace the internal fan, or it's a power supply problem and the machine is not getting enough, so put in a higher capacity power supply.

Might be overheating. Have you opened the case lately and cleaned out the dust? Get a can of compressed air and clean it good. Especially the heat sink and fan covering the processor. If those get plugged with dust it can cause issues.

Open case, power PC on, check ALL fans spin OK,
Sounds like the processor fan is not spinning properly and it's overheating.

maybe
- your PC infected with viruses, run scan with antivirus and remove the threats
- your operating system corrupted, use your OS installation disk to repair the OS
- your hardware problem(maybe RAM or motherboard, you can check for it)
