Life is too short to not accept challenges. Look at Sir Edmund Hillary. Men and women have wanted to scale Mount Everest. If you are intelligent and have some ambition it's great when you have a mate who travels with you in your dreams not just stays home and stagnates. Not all sahm do this but the submissive ones seem to want nothing more than to hide inside a world of their own making. Many women when once their children are in school feel the desire to expand their horizons and return to a job that gave them satisfaction and a sense of empowerment.
Hey I think raising kids is great but men are also capable of giving up their careers to do so.

I think you want a dominant woman, which I read as “aggressive, self-confident, knows how to take control”, because you want someone who’s just like you.
We all tend to want someone who seems to be cut from the same cloth as us.

Maybe because there is more of a challenge for you. Or, you actually admire their ability to keep you on your toes. There also maybe a less likely chance of having a relationship that is dull or less exciting. I'm just guessing.

maybe you want a girl just like yourself. sometimes opposites do attract but there are other times when people want someone that's just like them to share their life with.
