A quadrilateral is a shape with four sides.
If two of those sides are parallel, you have a trapezoid.
If four sides (two pairs) are parallel, you have a parallelogram
Then there are special cases of parallelograms:
1) If all 4 sides have equal length, you have a rhombus
2) If the angles are all 90 degrees, you have a rectangle
3) If the angles are all 90 degrees, and the sides are equal you have a square.
Given that you are asking for a quadrilateral with parallel sides (I assume you mean all sides), then your answer would be parallelogram.

a quadrilateral is a 4 sided polygon (square, rectangle, kite)
if it has parallel sides as well then it is a rectangle, if all the sides are the same length, it is a square
