Rings or burnt intake valve. A 92, probably need a rebuild.

When you change your oil put a pint in a clear glass or plastic jar. If you have water in your oil it will separate dropping to the bottom of the glass jar of oil.
Gasoline is a different story. It mixes perfectly with gasoline seriously minimizing it's ability to lubricate. The fuel pump diaphragm must be still leaking fuel into the pan or the motor is over fueling the combustion chambers. A quick inspection of the spark plugs will verify this.

Gas will not mix with the oil. Water will and means by all liklyhood the head gasket is bad. Was the oil "grey" when it was changed. Unsure ? Buy some oil and let the car sit overnight. First thing in the morning drain the oil. Pay close attention to the first thing to come out of the oil pan drain plug. Water will sink and come out first. Look for oil in the radiator fluid.
