Ok this could be one of 2 things so I need some advise.
This morning I went to use the rest room and had a clumpy white discharge come out of me when I wiped. Curious so I stuck my finger up there and then got a clear jelly like discharge fall out of me. Hey it's my body... I can poke and do whatever I want to it LOL. But what in the world was it. No blood or any color other than clear or white. Does any one know what this could have been?
One guess it maybe it was the "lube" the doc put on his fingers to check to see if i was dilated but come on now why would have junk have stayed in me allllll day yesterday and alllllll lastnight? Plus I showered and wait a second why would they need that much lube LOL. Just trying to find a resolution to this strange discharge. Help ladies!

I agree - probably mucous plug. Expect "water to break" any time. I suggest you call obstetrician NOW.

It is very likely your mucus plug. Don't call your OB until you are in labor, which can be anytime over the next 24 hours or 2 weeks. Once you are in labor, time your contractions (from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next). Try to wait til they are 5-7 minutes apart. And they should come at regular intervals. If you get a 5 minute contraction and then a 10 minute one, it is likely just Braxton Hicks contractions. Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day so you don't get dehydrated. Dehydration can cause irregular contractions. If you're in pain with your labor and need help (pain relief), it will definitely be time to go to the hospital. They've now proven that it doesn't slow down labor to have an epidural. So as soon as your doctor knows you are in the hospital, he/she can go ahead and authorize an epidural.
Congratulations!!

Yeah that is the mucus plug coming out you are starting to dilate, it won't be long now. You could be 2 weeks further than you think or you will just be delivering 2 weeks or so early. Call your OBGYN and tell them you have lost some of the cervical plug, they will have you come in to determine how dilated you are.
