Well last night I was feeling a lot of pain in my back and I was wondering if anyone else ever felt this and what it was. The pain started from the back of my neck then went down my spine and radiated to the front eventually. The feeling lasted for about 20 seconds then went away and came again every five minutes or so for about three hours. Could that have been pre-labor or early labor signs since I'm 8 days overdue? I woke up a little while ago and haven't felt those, but have been getting front contractions for a while now but they are scattered in timing and don't last very long (about ten to fifteen seconds at most). ALSO, does the baby move a lot before birth? I read somewhere that the baby will stop moving as much. My little guy has felt a lot more active over the past two days. I've also been experiencing this weird nauseating feeling that comes and goes as well (feels like really bad gas.) I am 8 days overdue w/baby number one and I have a doc appointment at eleven fourty.

That is EXACTLY how labor started with my son. From the base of my neck, down my spine, around my tummy, then back again. I went to the doctor and they said I had a couple days left that I was not dialated much. He was born 12 hours later. I am so sorry - that is terrible labor.
I would be ready, and call your doctor to let him know what you are feeling.
Congrats and good luck!

Baby will move around a lot to get into position, once labor starts he doesnt move at much.

It sounds like it may have been back labor, or maybe a pinched nerve and back labor. It doesnt tend to happen in the upper back, just the lower, however, every womans body reacts differently to horking a child out of it.

my thought it that you're certainly making progress, but you should be checked since you're so late to make sure theres nothing amiss, and no fetal distress. And just to generalize how progressed you are.

Yes it's actual they bend over backward to assuage and accommodate Islam. Remember the complete sharia-variety monetary 'rescue' plan for northern Rock? And Labours plan to set up London as a centre of Islamic banking? The approach they flip a blind eye to the 'journey dealers' used to difference and switch cash, like the only in which unarmed PC Sharon Beshnevsky (sp?) was once murdered in bloodless blood and one of the vital cowards fled the nation disguised in a burqa? There are already sharia courts running in main cities in every single place England, what is subsequent? The Taliban telling us we aren't dressing modestly ample? It's time Labour awoke to the chance from Islam.

It sounds like to me you are in labor. Those same pains happen to me when I went into labor but i ignored them cause i was at work and 1 day later i had my son.

Yeah you are probably in the begining stages of labor, don't worry it gets better...lol. Make sure you tell your doctor everything you wrote here, better yet print the page and take it with you so you don't forget to tell him something. Pregnancy makes most of us a little forgetful. Good luck!!!
