90% of the merchants in the game offer repair services. And all the merchants that sell something you can equip do.

At the bottom of the shop window will be two anvil symbols, one is repair one, which lets you click in your inventory to repair stuff. The other is repair all, which repairs everything you are equipped with.

The spirit healer damages everything you have, including items not equipped, so make sure you repair everything before you go to the auction house. You can not auction of damaged gear. (Use the repair one button to fix those items one at a time from your bags. If you put it on it will bind and then you can't auction it.)

No it is not! World of warcraft is the biggest game out there and it will be for a long time. The reason being that it is so family friendly while also providing top quality for serious gamers as well. Blizzard is coming out with a couple new games (starcraft 2 and Diablo 3) However, World of warcraft is their main source of income and I'm sure they will continue to do everything they can to make the game last as long as possible.

You cant repair items on your own. Hearth and repair at the shop. Any npc that sells weapons and armor can usually repair items.

Armor duribility?
You go to an armoror or weaponsmith or whoever has that repair option and y'know...
Repair your stuff and there you go.
