methane has a molecular weight of 12+4*1 =16
3.2g is in mole 3.2/16= 0.2 mole
the number of methane molecules is 6.022 *10^23 in 1 mole
a molecule of methane has 10 electrons (6 for 1 carbon and 4 for the atoms H)

so number of electrons in 3.2 g
0.2*10*6.022*10^23 = 2*6.022*10^23
= 1.244*10^24 electrons
