Plug -10 into the equation:

F = (9/5)(-10) + 32 -->
F = -90/5 + 32 -->
F = -18 + 32 -->
F = 14

Calculate other temps likewise and you get:

C=-10, F=14;
C=0, F=32;
C=15, F=59;
C=100, F=212

F = 9/5 C + 32

For C = -10, F = 9/5 (-10) + 32 = -18 + 32 = + 14 F

For C = 0, F = 9/5 C + 32 = 0 + 32 = + 32 F

For C = 15, F = 9/5 x 15 + 32 = 27 + 32 = 59 F

For C = 100, F = 9/5 x 100 + 32 = 180 + 32 = 212 F

In Fahrenheit:
= (- 10 * 9/5) + 32
= - 18 + 32
= 14

= 32

= (15 * 9/5) + 32
= 27 + 32
= 59

= (100 * 9/5) + 32
= 180 + 32
= 212

f=9/5C+32

1) Sub C = -10
f=9/5(-10)+32
f=31.82

2) Sub C = 0
f=9/5(0)+32
f = 32

3) Sub C = 15
f=9/5(15)+32
f= 32.12

4) Sub C = 100
f=9/5(100)+32
f=32.018

simply plug in each of the celcius temps in for C.
C=-10 f=14
C= 0 f=32
C=15 f=68
C=100 f=212
