Yeah... in fact it went on for years and even until now.
I'm the goodie old shoes who obeys rules and the "pet favourite of many" "good example" etc etc... but the news about me leaving my ex husband filing for divorce came as a shock to many and put-me-down criticisms by cousins.
But then they wouldn't understand how I lived through and suffered under a "hitler-ways treated like slave etc etc for 7 1/2 years)...
and now 6 years after... having my freedom, divorce, custody of girls and having peace of mind, and have a more fulfilling life despite of uphill challenges and demands... i don't care nor give a damn of their lose big tongue because I was able to make it... I know I did the right decision and I and my girls are happier! After all, these people who gossiped talked.. they were never there when I needed most anyone's help and I don't owe them anything.
at times it can irritate you because you know better what is best for you so it is best to let blah blah enter your right ear and exit them all on left ear.

lol...oh yeah.... and unfortunately, I asked for it! I can now look back on it and remember it fondly. It was the only time my grandpa ever yelled at me! hahaha....
I guess I should tell ... Let's just say I was bragging about being with some guy that I was terribly hung up on---but had no intentions of marrying and I made a statement to that affect. And he yelled at me "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING WITH HIM, THEN?" Hahaha, everyone got up and left the room. First my grandmother, then my mother, then my cousin. My cousin called herself trying to help by telling him "It's called dating these days, Grandpa." They made a beeline to the kitchen where they commenced to gossiping about what had just happened. Abandoned me, no less, to laugh and gossip. When I excused my;self and joined them.... All I could do was be embarrassed at my own stupidity and laugh with them. A good memory.....

Yes! Thats how my family operates If I dont come around anyone for a few days then my Mom will get to calling around
"Where is stay?" "Has anyone seen stay?" "They will say No Mom You Know She Is Stuck Up."
Then the next week it is Dorothy't turn to be stuck up then Deb. However Linda is always considered the stuck up one even when she is around.

regrettably you are able to't exchange the way human beings act or are. You seem as though an exceptionally nice woman do not exchange your self basically because of the fact they sense which you're actually not how they're. proceed on the path of existence which you somewhat desire to, what you sense is logical and precise for you. Please do not enable others around you be unfavorable for your self self belief. family members, even though they love you, could be an anchor at each and every so often. do not enable them to be an anchor on your goals in existence. you're 18 now, quickly you would be happening your guy or woman course and doing what you desire to do. it incredibly is the main suitable wish you will get from this undertaking. As on your mom, i'm not attempting to be judgemental or something yet she could desire to be careful putting specific superficial impacts on her daughter at one in each and every of those youthful age. exceedingly in this present day-day, it is problematical to develop being a first rate lady. you're able to desire to be happy with your self you look to have accomplished that, and your mom could desire to be proud besides. maximum suitable of success to you sweetie! do not enable them to get you down!

No, I'm usually the one doing the gossiping. Then again, we have a really small family, so there's not much to gossip about!

No, we never talked about others behind their backs or even to their faces, we were very private people. If they found out I answered this I would get the silent treatment for a looonnnnng time.
