It's because you come back a day later and the same Lefties are repeating the same lies!
You post BLS data showing no, the middle class aren't slipping into poverty, many are moving UP into the affluent class, and the net increase in number of poor people is about 1/4 of the number of poor people who come here every year.
Then the Lefties kind of slip away.
But then like cockroaches they come back a day later and start posting the same lies.
It's like groundhog-lib-day - you totally proved them wrong on all counts and they come back the next day and start over as if it never happened.

I have to admit that I have been too lazy to check out the facts in many of your posts. It takes a lot of time and I simply haven't done it yet. I disagree with most of your posts but would not respond to someone that supports a post without support of my own. If someone posts a rant, it is OK to rant against it. Your posts are generally well thought out and supported by some kind of source.

I've looked back through some of your questions and saw no "posting of data." I saw links to news articles that claimed to do data analysis. I saw your reference to "bls" data on poverty (BLS does NOT analyze poverty, Census Bureau and BEA do).
Now here are some ACTUAL data on poverty:
The data presented here are from the Current Population Survey (CPS), 2007 Annual Social and Economic Supplement (ASEC), the source of official poverty estimates. The CPS ASEC is a sample survey of approximately 100,000 household nationwide. These data reflect conditions in calendar year 2006.
Highlights
The official poverty rate in 2006 was 12.3 percent, DOWN from 12.6 percent in 2005.
In 2006, 36.5 million people were in poverty, not statistically different from 2005.
Poverty rates in 2006 were statistically unchanged for non-Hispanic Whites (8.2 percent), Blacks (24.3 percent), and Asians (10.3 percent) from 2005. The poverty rate DECREASED for Hispanics (20.6 percent in 2006, down from 21.8 percent in 2005).
The poverty rate in 2006 was lower than in 1959, the first year for which poverty estimates are available. From the most recent trough in 2000, the rate rose for four consecutive years, from 11.3 percent in 2000 to 12.7 percent in 2004, and then DECLINED to 12.3 percent in 2006 – a rate not statistically different from those in 2002 and 2003 (12.1 percent and 12.5 percent, respectively).

excuse me, but, the same Lies we hear from Rush and Hannity is sneaking out of your kool-aid stained lips
I have yet to see any "proof" from you on the matter.
Yes, poverty is a reality in America, just as it is for millions of other human beings on the planet. According to the US Census Bureau, 35.9 million people live below the poverty line in America including 12.9 million children
(http://www.census.gov/Press-Release/www/releases/archives/income_wealth/002484.html),
Child poverty:
-for children under age 6 living in families with a female householder and no husband present: 54.8 percent
-for children under age 6 in married-couple families: 10.1 percent
Poverty rate for African Americans: 26.1 percent
Poverty rate for Asians and Pacific Islanders: 12.5 percent
Poverty rate for Hispanics of any race: 25.6 percent
Poverty rate for non-Hispanic whites: 8.2 percent
so go somewhere and cook those boks Mr President

A better question might be, why do you bother posting "questions" when you already know all the answers? Why don't you go and run the country?

You gotta keep fighting the fight because, as you so aptly put it, the liberal agenda is like a parasitic roach that just keeps on returning. Maybe there is a better way to "fight" it. It certainly is difficult to infuse logic and common sense into a mind that is ruled by feelings and emotion.

Trying to get many liberals to use logic and reason and see the truth is a complete waste of time, however some of the democrats who haven't lapped up all of the leftist propaganda that they've been spoonfed all their lives can still be educated. Don't give up. Some of them are genuine thinkers.
