I see a flock of wild turkeys playing in the field. There are 11 birds out on the hill.

A yard that needs to be mowed. I'd much rather be looking at wild turkeys. Well, hey if I can't see wild turkey, at least I can drink some.

Well friend I've no back door, but out of my living room window I see: an apartment building across the street, houses nearby, trees with green foliage, and the cars going up and down the main busy street I live on. I wish I was seeing a beautiful blue sunny sky in some lovely place and be off for a week or two and photograph the area like crazy. Darn... my reality is I'm in boring Ohio and I lost my keys along with bus pass and credit card... and since I had to call the apartment owners I will possibly be charged $50 to be let in. That's such an ungodly astronomical charge for someone needing help in the middle of the darn night. Sheesh.

I have no back door because I live in an apartment building but,if I look out their back door I see a couple gas grills and the social security office.

The next door neighbor's yard. Nothing as exotic as what you are seeing. Urban life doesn't usually include turkeys, at least not the fowl type...

Um ... DIRT. Dirt and a brick retaining wall. Yep, that's about it. Bought the house, but couldn't afford to put in a backyard along with it. Sad ... sad ... sad! I am soooooooo jealous of you though! What an awesome sight. I wish that was my backyard. Unfortunately, that would never happen in HOT, overcrowded, smoggy Southern California. Sad isn't it?
I really do need to move I think. Until then I will live vicariously through you!

I see my sweet Golden Retriever, Delilah, standing out there smiling back at me and wriggling all over because she is so excited to see me. There is never anyone as happy to see you as your dog! lol
