When I look at all the suffering going on around the world I consider myself very lucky.

I consider myself both. Unlucky because I suffer from Anxiety and Depression. However, I consider myself lucky because I have a good family who have supported me through some of the worst moments in my life. Without them, who knows what would have happened to me.

I don't know if I ever considered myself lucky or unlucky. I have had a very hard life, but it is that hardship that enables me to help other people going through hard times too. I have won some awards, but I worked hard to earn them, so I wouldn't say that is luck either. This is a tricky question.

Mostly I feel very lucky - I'm healthy, happily married, 2 healthy beautiful kids with no problems, good friends.
Sometimes I feel unlucky in that my mum died when I was young, but really I think most of the time we make our own luck.

Unlucky, the only time I've ever won anything was a raffle when I was 7! I won 3 times, I'm 28 now so I guess that was my lifetimes luck! lmfao

I consider I am fortunate with what I have as there are many others with much less than me - a home and a lovely husband, children and grandchildren. I am not lucky though when it comes to winning raffles or the lottery!!!

I prefer the word "blessed" - and I am very blessed. In comparison to the world population - I think I am in the top 5% of the wealth (and I'm barely middle class by American standards). I wake up in a comfy bed every morning - take a warm shower - sit down to my computer with a nice cup of tea - drive a car to work - sit at my mahogany desk and type for awhile - go home to my sweet family where we always have plenty of food and entertainment. Oh yes - I am incredibly blessed!!!

Lucky, you should always be optimistic. I have my health, a wonderful 6 yr old son, a roof over my head, a job, fantastic friends and family all of which I am very thankful for so yeh I think I'm lucky :)

Lucky in some aspects..why..job OK..salary good, very unlucky in most aspects..why..life always getting disturbed..no peace of mind..

I think I'm pretty lucky - happy in love, wonderful family, terrific house, great friends, decent job and I just got an allotment too!
Seems like the harder I work at it, the luckier I get ;o)
