Hice, Inc used to sell scrubs remanants for quilting. They also sell scrubs at a great discount. Don't know if this will help but you can check it out.

Denver Fabrics carries solid and print, and their prices are very reasonable. The only drawback is a fairly long shipping time. They also have the patterns for the scrubs.
