So here's the thing, yes i know its coming up on fall ( i live in the south though, and its still 90-95 here everyday) ...so im not exactly sure what to plant that will live through the fall. Also whats the best to plant in pots? And what should i be using with the flowers? Thanks!

mums are good.. also snapdragons or pansies for fall. (the pansies don't like heat, though.. you might want to wait a few weeks for them.

For color- mums are probably the best choice. Most of the garden centers have them out, at least where I live.

MUMS!! you can make it beautiful with mums. look at walmart. they have all kinds of colors. you can do fall colors, or bright and summery, whatever you like. once the flowers have died, take the scissors and cut them back till all the dead is gone. they will come back out and bloom over and over. when it gets cooled down some, you could put pansies and snap dragons out. in the south, roses will last till nov or dec. you could use miniature roses, but, they wouldn't be near as showy (i don't think that is a word). if you want something taller with color in between the mums, Mexican petunias are still blooming purple or white. for even more color, you could put different colors of wandering Jews along the inside of your pots, or maybe in between. coleus will last, too. they have alot of different colored leaves (pinch the flowers off or they will die). so...just play around with it, but, i would use mums as the main thing.

Know the size of your pots & go to a garden center.
I read an answer saying someone got good advice at a Wal-mart. I think they are very lucky & it's not usually the best place for gardening advice.
Try an independent garden center, sounds like you have alot of options & someone who knows your area will give you the best ideas.

I love mums! You can plant them and they should come back next fall too. They are very nice in pots also. (I live in PA, so I am not really sure if that would apply to where you live)

This in basic terms screams rip-off!!!!!!!! The examine would be a faux, yet you will no longer locate that out till you have already shipped the article and paid the shipper. then you rather would be out of a dollhouse and despite funds he sends for the "shipper". additionally, seem on the language he makes use of. "wish to study from you at present you gained this digital mail." and "that has already being in transit" that's no longer from a interior sight English speaker. the digital mail became probably despatched from yet another united states of america. i might tell this guy that somebody else has already picked up the article and that's no longer availible. Then block verbal substitute from him.

You should NOT grow POT on the OUTSIDE of your house because you will either have the plants stolen or you'll be busted . For best results use Miricle-Gro and use the best columbian weed seeds you can find .
