Definitely, I realized that years ago. They are quite harmless - and they result in itchy eyes sometimes.
I think they are often neutralized by our tears so they can't even get into the eye itself.
I tend to wash my sheets more often and leave them in the sun a bit longer for the UV to finish off what the detergent started.
Bugs are everywhere - most people carry around more bugs than money.

No, I did not know that, can you tell us more please. I knew there were a gadzillion bugs living in my, and everyone elses bed, but had no idea about the eyelash eating monsters. Pray tell. JB
